Nick entered our local real estate industry after a successful career in operations management. Nick's strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for serving others, made the transition seamless. Nick is known for his solutions-based approach, responsiveness, and thorough knowledge of agreement documents. He is recognized for his valuable counsel to his clients. Nick specializes in working with relocation buyers, the luxury home market, and probate sales. He has a special place in his heart for first-time buyers and still loves to see his clients light up when they receive the keys to their first home.  

Nick has a young son who shares his love for baseball and a wonderful wife with a nursing career. His sense of adventure has taken him around the globe. Some of his favorite experiences include living in New Zealand for a year, traveling to Portugal, and visiting 46 U.S. states. Nick holds a second-degree black belt in Hapkido martial arts.
