Michelle Davis

Michelle brings over 20 years of real estate experience to The Jennifer Hollister Group. She began working with Jennifer as a Licensed Assistant in 1999 and grew to become a Buyer’s Agent and eventually a full time Real Estate Salesperson. In 2009, Michelle left sales and accepted a position as the Director of Settlements for one of the Greater Harrisburg Area’s largest homebuilders. She designed and implemented the polices and procedures for sale and settlement processing and became well known in the area for her strong organizational skills and commitment to detail. Michelle was promoted to the position of Vice President of Settlements and expanded her position to include the management of additional settlement department staff. She became an invaluable resource for condo project approvals, legal phase creation and phasing of planned developments. She is the “go to” person for new construction for her understanding of construction procedures, financing and project documentation. 

2017 brought Michelle and Jennifer back together again, as Michelle joined the team and is now the Director of Sales and Operations.  Our clients can always count of Michelle to be reliable, friendly and committed to providing exceptional service. 

Michelle is now a proud mom to her son, Jackson and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing, investigative journalism and, when she finds some time for herself, indulging in the occasional spa day and a glass of Chardonnay.
